Therefore, it is of interest to academics, practitioners, and industry professionals to determine what factors contribute to the success of a small or medium business. There has been a sizeable amount of literature on entrepreneurial success factors in developed countries, but empirical investigation into such factors in developing countries is extremely sparse, especially Cambodia.
