Le Centre Interuniversitaire de Droit Comparé vous présente la collection des rapports nationaux au XIXe Congrès de l’Académie Internationale de droit Comparé qui s’est tenu à Vienne en 2014. Ces rapports rendaient compte de l’état de nos législations et réglementations dans de nombreux domaines du droit. Ils reflètent la collaboration étroite entre les juristes francophones et néerlandophones du pays. Cette collaboration qui favorise l’inspiration mutuelle contient la promesse d’un enrichissement supplémentaire de notre culture juridique.The Belgian Centre for Comparative law is proud to present its by now traditional collection of national reports to the XIXth conference of the Congress of the International Academy of Comparative Law held in July 2014 in Vienna. The reports reflect the close cooperation of between French and Dutch speaking scholars in this country.
