An insight into the design, operation, maintenance and restoration of the USA's giant long-range heavy bomber The Boeing B-29 Superfortress has carved its name in history as the bomber aircraft that dropped the world's first ever H-bombs on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August 1945.
