Creativity has increasingly become one of the most decisive factors in today's business environment. Any organizational asset other than human creativity can easily be copied by competition. Technology has replaced man as a pure producer. Participating companies are from many different industries and include Google and several other, mostly German, organizations whose wish to remain anonymous was respected.
