This book is intended to provide an insight into how Muslim women who live in post 9-11 America construct their perception of themselves as Muslims and Arabs living in the post 9-11 Western world through redefining their gender roles. Certainly, September 11 has created a stressful atmosphere where Muslim women living in Western countries have to struggle against different traditional and innovational forces.
