This study reveals the efforts of technology innovation and business innovation which Indonesian Railway Industry been through to reach its international missions. The problem in this study is why PT INKA as the Indonesian Railway Industry has not been able to become the market leader in the railway industry in ASEAN region and other developing countries. Through analysis of data and facts obtained through in-depth interviews and written records, the writer can find the answer of problem why PT INKA has not been sufficient for its mission to become leader of the market in the region.
