Thus institutions of nursing education should realise that the most important and advanced step in the provision of nursing education is the teaching of reflective practice in order to produce reflective practitioners. The author is of the opinion that being in a dynamic world the development of reflective practice is of great importance to facilitate reflection among nurses.
