In this book the author seeks first, to find proves for reality, rhizome, nature and history concepts of postmodern ecocritical approach of Serpill Oppermann in Jane Urquhart s' The Underpainter and A Map of Glass. Urquhart tends to represent reality due to language and nature aspects effectively. In a world influenced by decentralization, discontinuity and fragmentation at cultural levels and interactions with ecosystem, it is hard to ignore the concept of postmodern reality.
