This dissertation proposes that the solution to what still separates one racial or ethnic group from another begins in the multiethnic church through transformational leadership. The multiethnic church or many diverse people, influenced, motivated, stimulated and considerate of God s design for mankind assists in moving the church and ultimately our nation to become the answer to our Lord s Prayer in John 17:11. Father make them one as you and I are one.
