In life experiences there are external pressures which stem from the environment. At the same time every individual has his/her own internal demands. These inner and outer demands are stronger in college students. This is because college is a time of transition and transitions mostly are accompanied with changes. Thus college students need to meet successfully the inner and outer demands for the effective completion of their learning. Failure to do this will leave them to adjustment problems.
