There are two major training approaches currently employed in preparing health practitioners, namely innovation and conventional approaches. Since they are deployed to work in same institutions and in common teams, it was the en-devour of this study to ascertain the perceived differences among nursing interns from the two training approaches. Nursing interns from two renown Kenyan universities using the two distinct training approaches were chosen to participate in the study. Moi university nursing interns went through innovative whereas University of Nairobi ones went through conventional training approaches respectively. The perception of supervisors for the interns was also sort for in the Level five hospitals where the internship was taking place.
