An example of such research is the development of radio-frequency logic elements capable of performing logical operations at the carrier signal frequency. One of the varieties of radio-frequency logic elements are immittance logic elements, which use the character of immittance or immittance value as the information parameter. Using immittance enables to significantly improve the energy efficiency and noise immunity of the logic element.
