Peste des petits ruminants(PPR) is an acute, highly contagious and often fatal trans-boundary animal disease of sheep and goats with major economic impacts especially for pastoralists in the arid and semi-arid areas of East Africa particularly Kenya. As it is a relatively new disease in this region, this book provides information on an experimental infection model in sheep and goats.
