In complex and fast-paced manufacturing environments nowadays , processes optimization and re-engineering has become more challenging than ever before. stressed by sharp market margins. The non-woven industry -which this project study about- has been growing drastically recently and is considered as a major contributor to the economy worldwide. This study deals with developing a mathematical model for the non-woven industry, this model can be used as a reference tool to set optimum values for process parameters to predict the strength of the non -woven fabric. it is a simple yet effective start toward developing more sophisticated models that shall mimic actual processes more precisely.
