This book is a critical study of the neo-liberal development policies and their impacts on social development debates in the developing world. The book presents a detail analysis of the conceptual and theoretical aspects of globalisation and social development debates. The book gives special emphasis to the experiences of Egypt and India vis-?-vis neoliberal social development strategies.
