Attitude plays an important part in decision making. Teachers are the agents of change in what is to be done in education.This, therefore, means that teachers should be well equipped with knowledge and skills necessary to accommodate inclusive education. The attitude of parents of children with special needs and attitude of children with disabilities should be considered in implementing inclusive education. The government through the ministry of education should be in the front line in assisting in acquiring adequate resources that are relevant in educating learners with special needs in inclusive settings.
