This CD is designed to help a person relax and let go of unwanted fears and/or blame and more specifically the resulting self destructive behaviors that can follow traumatic events years later. It can be especially helpful in assisting people to learn relaxation techniques for eliminating the negative effects of trauma and to be able to get on with their lives. It is most effective if played repeatedly for a week or two, and then periodically once or twice a month for a few months.
